    How do I change or reset my password?
    1. Click on the Account tab in the bottom right hand corner
    2. Click Change Password
    3. Enter Current and New Passwords
    4. Click “Change Password” to confirm

    How do I change my name?
    1. Click on the Account tab in the bottom right hand corner
    2. Click Profile
    3. Enter Name
    4. Click “Save Profile” to confirm

    What is ownership privacy setting?
    The ownership privacy setting will determine if you appear on the list of previous owners. When the ownership privacy setting is set to private, other LUXXFOLIO users won’t be able to see that you were a previous owner - it will show you as an anonymous owner. When the ownership privacy setting is set to public, your name will appear on the list of previous owners on transferred items.

    I've updated the privacy setting to private. Is my name visible on the item details that I transferred before?
    No, your name will not be visible unless your privacy setting is public.
  • Transfers
    Does the transfer expire?
    Transfers expire after 30 days. Please ensure to accept all transfers within the time frame.

    What should I do if I entered the wrong email address for the recipient?
    Contact LUXXFOLIO customer service for assistance at our contact page.

    Can I reject the transfer?
    No, you are unable to reject an incoming transfer. If you do not own an item, just wait for the transfer to expire.

    What should I do if I return the item?

    What happens if I remove the item from my closet?
    If you remove the item from your closet, you won’t be able to see that item in your FOLIO. For accidental removals, contact LUXXFOLIO customer service for assistance at our contact page.

    What is "Secured by SMARTLUXX"?
    Items that have been Secured by SMARTLUXX have been authenticated by the manufacturer or an approved authentication professional.
